Ipc 509 case and upsc selection

Sir , recently an fir was lodged and ipc 509 was imposed on me .the first hearing date is coming . I have to appear for upsc exam. What procedures should i do ....so that my selection is not rejected.

I want no criminal record .so that dont get rejected by upsc even after clearing it.
