Deed of Rectification charges as per stamp and registration Act.
In case of the one word need to incorporate in the provided address of the purchaser in the Sale Agreement
For Ex. In the complete address only Vashi name need to entered in the Sale Agreement.

Stamp charges differ from state to state. Discuss with local lawyer.

Also explore the position whether such rectification can be avoided?

Deed of rectification to supply an omission in address stated in the original document attracts stamp duty as agreement and needs to be registered.
