sir,
the above sections can be quash in HC.probably how much time will it takes to quash and after that the candidate is eligible for central govt of class 1 officer,eventhough he has to mention in the attestation form question like
Have you ever been arrested Yes/No
Have you ever been prosecuted Yes/No
Have you ever been Detained Yes/No
Have you ever fined court of law Yes/No

yes, can be quashed but depends on many factors, reveal complete facts and get proper solutions

sir,
The case was completed in the year 2011 on account of compromise but will it be a hurdle for me at the time of police verification.
