Mutation of property(agriculture land)

Hi,
I have a 1 acre agricultural plot in a village in Maharashtra since 2000 v Though the sale deed has been registered , mutation has not been done
My name is not appearing in 7/12 records maintained by revenue authorities in the village though proper sale deed registrations are available

My land along with others in the area , is likely to be taken over by Govt for a "Road project " and a compensation is being expected

Will I have any problem in getting the compensation just because 7/12 does not show my name Proper Sale Deeds registered which confirm my name as "owner"

The internal officials may look at mutation records.

Yes, it will definitely makes a problem. Immediately contact the concerned MRO and get your name mutated in the Revenue Records and get Pattadar Pass Book and Title Deed. Unless you submit the above documents, you will not get your compensation. If already compensation is awarded, it will be deposited into the Court on your name. Once you get your name in the revenue records you have to claim the same with proper documentation.

Whether you have received any notice under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in. Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 or any other Act.

Please specify which section latest notice you received and act this is very imp.

Immediately go to Thesil office where you get 7/12 extract and get your name entered in land record. First they will take all your set of paper then issue notice to all then take written statement , then intimation of notice to all that order and changes are going to take place in land record and finally land record will be changed .
