Sir I have bought a land 1month before and Mu patta is under process.mey attached land owner is pointing me to file a 107case against me. I am going to build a house there, so will there be any issue for that. Please help me.

Sir please suggest me will there be any issue if I make a building there. I have kabala(registration of land transfer from someone to my name). But that attached to my land owner fingering me to file a case that why u bought that land. If u make building I will file 107 case. Please suggest me what should I do. Please sir.

simple you find a lawyer and submit all records and act according the lawyer;s advise

If he take any step, discuss with local lawyer and oppose his claims.

'Buyer Beware' applies to property deals. It shall be appropriate to get proper legal opinion from a very able local senior counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in revenue/property/civil matters before signing or making payment.

This may cost some FEE but can defend long term interest and hard earned monies.
