If promises made in land acquisition award not followed

Kindly let me know what to do if promises made in land acquisition award us 11(1) are not completed. It was mentioned in land acquisition award passed in 2011 that permenent employment will be given but not given till date what to do?

1. if you have got the order of award attach that order
2. apply to collector or district megistrate or metropolitian judge whot so ever you belong the area
apply under new accuquition you will approx five time the value of market value and old ordere will be revices under section 20 a of ithing 2015 0r 2016 iw will check and see
and within time not allowed go for high court
