sir/madam,

mjhe ye jankari chahiye ki agar koi parents apni property apne baccho ke naam nahi karna chahte ya sirf kisi ek ke naam par krna chahte hai to kya unke dusre bache unki property me hissa lene ke liye case kar skte hai ya nhi.....

Koi bachcha case karne ka adhikari nahin hai. Property ka malik jisse chahe property de sakta hai ya baich bhi sakta hai. Jisko naam property kar di ho ussi ki ho jayegi. Bacchon ka adhikar kewal uske marne ke badd he banta hai, woh bhi yadi marne waley ne koi vasiyat nahi ki ho.

Owner can sell / gift / mortgage / bequeath a will for his self acquired property in favor of any one, others can not object.
