It is believed that you are all Hindu, and neither Grandfather nor Father has left any valid WILL.

Confirm!
Kumar Doab (Expert) 10 May 2017
In case of inheritance of Hindu Male’s property the nature of property/ its source matters.

The 1st right (equal share) on self acquired property of Hindu Male is of: Mother (if alive as on date of death), Wife (if alive as on date of death), sons, daughters……….

Obtain death certificate and Legal heir certificates of Grandfather, Father and submit to O/o Authority under whose jurisdiction property falls for updation of inheritance in mutation records and obtain latest copy.

All legal heir may sign for selling their share.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 12 May 2017
