My mobile phones are hacked

I am suffering since last many years, Govt agencies have hacked my mobile phones. Both the phones are hacked even network data i am unable to use as they jam it. All my Rights to privicy are compromised. I am hadicapped Ex Serviceman. I use mobile to book auto or cab but whenever i use they hack it and manipulate my moves. I can't move whenever or wherever I wish to. Want to end this harassment Plz do advise how

Why they are doing so?

Normally no Government agency / department does so.

I am facing multiple threats and harassment from my previous Employer i.e. Armed force as they never wanted me to go out of service But i faced all their tortures and left service in February 2000. But they never stopped harrasing me. As i was ignorant Even during service they got me married to a lady who was at their payroll. Which they told and later was confirmed by her. now i am 57 years old handicapped due to arthritis. I want legal remedy. I want justice before i die. Anybody here ? Who can help me have justice. I was 18 years old when i joined Armed forces since then not a single day i was spared. Mentally and physically abused repeatedly. Gone through a hell. Please help me die in peace by not allowing them to spoil even my death.
