To get information of policy icici prudential life insurance

Dear Experts ,
Is it possible to get information of policy taken from ICICI PRUDENTIAL LIFE INSURANCE under RTI through IRDA. If not what is the other procedure to get information. Please suggest to me.

Yes information may be saught. It is better if application is moved in the name of your father so it is not rejected on the ground of fiduciary relation between insurance co. policy holder

Forget it. ICICI is not supposed to respond to your RTI application.

RTI will lie agiant IRDA though not against ICICI. But whats the need of it , ICICI may directly give you the information.If ICICI Pru not giving you the response we can do it for
you .

ICICI is not covered under RTI.

Your father can seek being the beneficiary from the company directly. What is the purpose? You can also take the help of an agent who served for getting the policy. IRDA you can try through RTI and see whether it works though not ICICI not covered under RTI directly.
