Our society is registered under mcs act. The authorised officer is appointed under section 77A by dy registrar. I wrote a request letter under section 32(1) for required inspection to newly appointed authorised officer. But after even a 20 days he didn't reply of my letter nor giving inspection to me. Whenever I called him he was gives negligent answer. I also wrote a complaint to dy registrar officer but also from there no reply. What's option now I have left to obtain inspection. If I want to file a complaint under section 146 against authorised officer to dy registrar office. Please give me detail step and what precautions want to take in this procedure. If their is any remedy for speedy process please tell me that also. Thank you.

Sir, You can make a complaint under Appendix 28, of MCS Act 2014, to the Dy. Registrar and follow it up with an application under RTI if no action is taken or if insufficient action is taken. Good luck, Kishor Mehta

Any comments on experts by other experts is neither a good habit nor requirement of the thread, avoid such approach. Try to be sober.
