Navin Shart is a type of prohibition / reservation put on the landed property and reflects on the 7/12 extract and relevant records of the revenue department. Merely by paying nazarana (royalty charges) does not allow you to purchase or transfer the same. you have to get a proper permission order from the concern department.
I would like know about NAZRANA charges. If I go for permission then how much amount of NAZRANA department would charge on such transaction.

Visit the concerned office.. or dist collector's office and get the information. Generally the nazarana is calculated on the basis of percentage of the ready reckoner value of the property.
