sir I want to file a petition on demonetization
as it was a wrong step and I had faced many problems like amount deducted from bank account twice but not refunded and not getting job

sir because of improper decision many small scale industry has to suffer and many of them has shutdown because of improper step and I too had suffered

There should be some purpose or requirement of some relief to be sought through a petition, which you have not mentioned in your query.

Can you explain for what purpose you want to file a petition and against whom?
