N.a. industrial land acquired u/s 63aa of gujarat tenancy act

"A" PVT LTD COMPANY PURCHASED AND ACQUIRED PERMISSION FOR INDUSTRIAL USE U/S 63AA OF GUJARAT TENANCY ACT. THEREAFTER THE LAND WAS SUB-PLOTTED.

NOW A PORTION HAS BEEN TAKEN ON LEASE BY ANOTHER "B" PVT LTD COMPANY FROM "A".

Q-DOES "B" PVT LTD COMPANY REQUIRE SEPARATE PERMISSION FOR INDUSTRIAL USE(REVENUE DEPARTMENT)?
ALL OTHER PERMISSION LIKE CONSTRUCTION AND GPCB APPROVAL ARE OBTAINED IN NAME OF "B"PVT LTD.

If the Land has already been declared and reserved as Industrial use, then it is not required if it has been specifically allotted to B.

Adv. Yogen Kakade-The land has been specifically alotted to "A".

"B" has taken it on lease from "A" directly by executing a registered lease agreement.

Does "B" need bonafide industrial use permission in its own name(act & section)?

In case the Permission letter in favour of A Pvt. Ltd. is silent on Sub-leasing , the matter has to be referred to granting authority for clarification.
