How is he/she asked to perform roles as store incharge alone: verbally or in writing?

The language in even internal communications/inter office memo's etc, exchanged by said employee, may be examined.

Dear LCI author @ Mr. Basavaraj,

I do not permit any comment on me or my posts by Dhingra.

For reasons you may go thru the threads placed by LCI under Dhingra's profile and note abuse and nuisance littered by him.

Any information/link/attachment/citation/Act etc etc whatever........... that is shared with you is not be shared by you with Dhingra.

You are at liberty to share with your own counsel at your own location specializing in Labor/Serviced matters.

Kumar Doab (Expert) 21 January 2017
Your own counsel at your own location specializing in Labor/Service matters, can examine all case related docs and render considered opinion.

Online discussions have its own limitations.

Ref; your PM regarding a counsel specializing in Labor/Service matters at Bangalore, your own near and dear ones, employee's/trade union leaders e.g; CITU/INTUC/AITUC/BMS etc , family lawyer, etc can guide you.

The Dept. of Labor Karnataka had placed list of trade unions at its website also.

You can also visit Labor Courrt/CGIT,CAT,HC, civil courts and find out about counsels specializing in Labor/Service matters.
If someone knows of a counsel at Bangalore he/she may suggest in your threads at Experts/Forum sections.
Basavaraj (Querist) 21 January 2017
Sorry..I never shared any information with anyone...Due respect to seniors I am just getting my self confirmation, should I go to labour court or HC... Indirectly, based on your comments,I can presume that,to attend labour Court lawyers not HC.. Thanks again.

The Querist/Author would obviously have an advocate for them selves but still they come here for more clarifications and they have to be Encouraged.
Guest (Expert) 21 January 2017
An Anonymous Person who have No details about him self in his Profile had Stated "Discuss in detail with Local service Law expert Lawyer" which the Querist/Author would obviously Do It.
Guest (Expert) 21 January 2017
The Anonymous who doesn't have or doesn't know the Answer should better keep quite than advising to Consult an Advocate.
