There was a big plot divide into 9 parts
There was no numbering for these plots among that

And mistakenly the same property sold to c in 2014

Now in 2017 B filed a FIR against a and c

After fir a and c agree to cancel the registry.

Pls guide me right procedure for it.

Do deed of cancellation with help of A & C.

How B related to it?
Gopal sahu (Querist) 15 January 2017
Okey then where to submit the deed
Guest (Expert) 15 January 2017
Instead of wasting Time first take A and C and Execute the Cancellation Deed at Concerned Registrar Office and B should also collect all the Relevant Documents including the Cancellation Deed.Do not with draw the Complaint for which FIR is given even after Cancellation but do not tell them you will not with draw the complaints till you receive all the documents including cancellation deed.More you delay the Issue could be Complicated.

I ask to many Advocate that handle the
Causi cases
They give the answer that

1. Go to registrar office and apply there fir cancellation

2. Process to file claim suite.

3. Process to settle the matter in criminal suit.

Pls tell me what will be the right procedure
Gopal sahu (Querist) 15 January 2017

Gopal sahu (Querist) 15 January 2017

After that how to cancel the registry

It will be cancel through claim suit or registrar have power to cancel it
adv.bharat @ PUNE (Expert) 15 January 2017
The deed it self cancelled the previous document done by A & C.

No need for claim suit.

Follow the advise of Mr. NJS Rajkumar alias narasimha sir.
Kumar Doab (Expert) 16 January 2017
Proceed as suggested by Mr. N.J.S.Rajkumar.

The buyer and seller both have to appear for cancellation, before registering authority.
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 16 January 2017
Get the tripartite agreement executed agreeing that A & C would get the Sale deed cancelled and B would withdraw its complaint and proceed accordingly.
Guest (Expert) 16 January 2017
Please Understand there is No Need for Any Tripartite Agreement Which may drag on and might Complicate the Issue and it's a Child's Or Childish Advise.Better Complete the Cancellation.
