My grandfather had registered the front portion (25 ft long)of his only 3 floor built home in my mother's name in 1990 by paying appropriate stamp duty and the rest behind this (100 ft) has not been yet devided amongst my father and uncles. Now we want to seperate this front portion from the remaining by bricks but the problem is my uncle who lives behind and doesn't allow us to seperate it forcefully without any legal reason. The only problem is in the third floor, the 1 &2 floor we have blocked by bricks but on the last room of the third floor he even doesn't let us enter which is in my mom's name. The local police is not supporting us and we don't want to go to the civil court becouse of the long term of proccess. How can we possess n seperate it completely. We have all the legal documents.

Legal documents can be enforced through legal / court process which you do not want to approach.
Amicable settlement is the avenue left for which you may try through relatives / family friends / effective people of the society.
