problem in cast certificate verification

Sir/mam, I m selected at Jen post , only document verification process is remaining, but I have problem in my caste certificate,I have obc caste certificate but in document verification they want cast certificate of manufacture date 4 days before from filling form and my caste certificate have manufacture date 5 days after from filling examination from please kindly help me.

Give declaration on dated..............( 4 days before from filling form) your caste was covered in OBC.

Download latest notification covering your caste in OBC.

Pursue RTI route and get confirmation that on dated..............( 4 days before from filling form) your caste was covered in OBC.
