SIR I HAVE A CRPC 107/116 CASE FILED AGAINST ME ON 22-10-2016 AND I HAVE BEEN SELECTED FOR A GOVERNMENT JOB DO IN POLICE VERIFICATION I HAVE TO MENTION THIS AND WILL IT CREATE ANY HINDRANCE IN MYSELF GETTING A GOVERNMENT JOB.

Two hours ago, i.e., about 9.00 AM today at 27.10.2016, you have posted your query and stated, "I HAVE A CRPC 107/116 CASE FILED AGAINST ME ON 27-10-2016."
By the way, how you could get information about the case as early even before opening of court and having undergone other formalities, then making you free to reach your place to prepare your profile to register with the LCI today itself (27.10.2016), post your query thereafter even before opening of the court in which the case was filed that too at a metrio city of Kanput, where you could not have reached back your home/office, even till now at the time of my reply.
QUITE SURPRISING THAT EVERYTHING HAPPENED EVEN BEFORE OPENING OF THE COURT AND START OF TRIAL.
For your ACADEMIC QUERY, at least you could have changed the date by applying your brain.

Even after correction the spirit of the query would not change without discussion of the background history, why and when booked under Sec 107/116 and the status of arrest, bail, and the trial of the case?
