Trade mark class of 'customized software package'. Whether it should be in class 9 or class 42 in India. As per my info in International Law it is class 9.

So please clarify ?

TradeMark class uner customized software packages are covered under class42 further you will make your application in class for someone might register your same TradeMark in class 9 hence to secure youmark it is advisable to register in class 9 as well as in class42
