I am rakesh 28 years old Hindu boy n working as a financial consultant in chennai and past 3 years I'm love with a girl she is muslim. We are decided to get marry under special marriage act but the thing is we don't want to convert religion for a while. Already I'm converted to Muslim but I don't have any legal certification. So what are the things I need to do and we don't have any problem with our parents they gave permission to get marriage. Please help me what are the ways I have

you can marry her under Special Marriage Act by giving intended notice of marriage before the Registrar of Marriages with the jurisdiction where you or your would be residing.

If you have converted to Muslim. marry as per Mohammdon religion. If not changed religion, can marry under special marriage act, discuss with local lawyer.
