Hello Experts,
I am from Hyderabad and last year i got married to a girl who is from Bangalore and i got the marriage proposal through a matrimonial website and within one month i got married. Whereas i requested my parents as well as her parents to give me at least 6 months time, so that we can understand each other. Further after the marriage we stayed together for nearly 4 months and even in that 4 months she use to frequently visit her parents in Bangalore and from 5th month she started quarreling with me and my parents quite fervently and on one day she also went to a police station in our area and gave a harassment complaint against me and my parents. The police investigated and found that nothing that sort happened with her anytime and it was a false complaint and asked both of us to sit for a counseling for which she refused and immediately on the same day came to my house packed her belongings including jewellery and left to Bangalore and from past 7 months she is with her parents and even she and her parents are demanding me to come and stay with them or they will book some false cases against me in Bangalore.
Sir to tell you the fact nothing that sort of harassment happened and the main reason for her quarrel was as her parents stay alone in Bangalore she use to insist me to shift to Bangalore so that she can take care of her parents and to tell you the fact i am the only son to my parents and even its my responsibility to look after my parents for that reason i never agreed for her demand. Plz suggest me what can i do now because now i dont want to live with her coz even if she come to Hyderabad and start to live with me, we never know she may harm herself and file a false complaint against me and parents.
Plz suggest me what can i do?

Author, try to convince her and you can stay at Banguluru. try to solve the problem in an amicable way with the help of well wishers. she has already made a complaint against you and your parents which is proved as false and hence make an application in the nearest police station at Hyderabad against your wife that she may file false complaint. approach an experience counsel and file complaint in PS and file a case in court.

First inform the police of your area and request for conciliation. Court offers it free of cost. If not, apply for decree for judicial separation.

Try to have amicable settlement / solution, if the dispute ends after your shifting to Banglore, you may think on the proposal. Forget ego at present as it may ruin best part of your life in litigation and tension.
You can think your parents to take with you or her parents may shift to Hydrabad to stay in separate accommodation, after mutual understanding.

It should be noted that all sons and daughters are having moral responsibility as as well as Statutory duty to take care of the senior citizen parents, failing which the parents can approach concerned authorities for redressalo.
In the given case, your wife is right in taking care of her parents. You are also right in taking care of your parents.
Practically speaking handling wife and parents is a TIGHT ROPE WALK, which requires lot of tact and patience and wisdom indeed leave alone the legal awareness.
I am also not supporting the false complaint given by your wife and as a retard measure your parents can also give similar complaint against your wife. There is no end of giving complaints and going around the police stations by family members which disturbs the peace and tranquility of family life and reputation.
