I heard that great grandson also has equal share with sons and grandson on ancestral property of grandfather. is it correct or not.please tell me

It is believed that you are Hindu. Confirm.

Apparently it is ancestral property.

While you may have a share thru your father's share.

You have NO share in the lifetime of your father's brother.

If he deceases without disposing his share in his life time by a valid deed and if he does not leave a wife and children and if his mother is not alive then since NO ClassI legal heir is present ClassII legal heirs will have share.

You have share in the property share of your
father.

Agree with Kumar Doab.
