Dear sir,
The court has given the order for case. In such a situation , without parties consent/ permission and ( apart from advocates to the case ) can third party , can upload on the website the order of the case. Third party is telling that it is a public document and no need to take a permission is it true.
And if it creates a loss to the party , then can a party to the case who suffer a loss file a defamation or any other case against that third party? If answer is yes on which section?

Who uploaded amd what order of the court was contained in that document? Better come forward with background of the case, instead of academic query.

Riddles / Casual query may not solve the problem, it is better, state material facts and / or discuss with some senior lawyer in the field for guidance and clarify your doubts.
