respected sir, i have done BHMS and practicing in a medical field. meanwhile i had completed my LLB in 2010 and then after LLM in 2013. recentelly I am trying for CS. I want to do an legal practice. Could i practice both i.e. medical and legal.please guide.

No, you can not practice in medical field while practicing as an advocate.

I had visited to one of the onroll member of bar council of maharashtra and goa. he also said that i could not practice both professional fields. i want to ask that, is the bar council of maharashtra and goa is statutory body? This is its personal rules and regulations. ( if any body can represent and argue in court he is permissible in front of court then why not me as I am qualified in legal field.) can i file a petition.

While studying you must have come across the fact that Bar Council is statutory body or not and how the rules are framed and what is the sanctity.
Still you may wait for the advise of other experts.

1) Question of Law
2) Yesterday was reading Classification of Legal system all over world
A) We are following Common Law system
B) In Continental Law system which is followed in mainland of Western Europe with your background you can become even Judge
See I feel with lot input you need to challenge the system itself legally.
Yesterday was trying to find out which board have legal studies at 11 std level and found CBSE and NIOS both have introduced Law as main subject 2-3 years back .
So if you are going to find solution with traditional mindset , myself sure you will never get satisfactory reply
Try to take Continental system background in hand and challenge the Bar Council , It will be interesting case

Actually I did little mistake , In Continental legal system Law degree is not necessary. Other qualification is also allowed to become Judge.
Additionally you should try to present the case that you are interested to take medical negligence case and case related to medical field, This will make your presentation good . Basically While handling medical negligence case Adv. should have medical background too. Else it is very difficult .
Now such evolving field is necessary.
If you go and present I want to practice law which common advocate present then your case is not impressive ,It will be silly argument. On the other hand if you present I want to take cases involve both field then It will force others to think other dimension of case which is evolving.
See today Dr. are doing lot malpractice this is open fact . And only one Dr. can understand what other Dr. is doing. Or to understanding the cheating you need medical background else you do useless argument.
Taking this views you can challenge Bar Council
It will be indeed interesting case I feel so
