hello sir, I am interested in buying property belongs to Grampanchayt. but i have no idea how to verify that property is legal or not?. i liked one propery which is have loan facility from DHFL and IDBI. there is also registration and society charges. so is it legal or not? how I can verify and Where? Please tell.

If some housing finance company,NBFC, Bank is providing loan then it does not necessarily mean that title is clear.
