non creamy layer certificate

Sir, I have OBC caste certificate & income is more than 7.0 lacs per annum
Shall i get non creamy layer certificate?

You cannot get it as your income is more than 7 lacs. The bench mark for getting the OBC caste certificate is 6.00 lacs. So if you show less than 6.00 lacs you can get that

The details provided by you are not sufficient to render proper opinion to your query. The income alone is not the criteria to decide about the issuance of OBC NCL certificate. A ward of an individual with income more than 7 lacs also is eligible to obtain the said certificate provided he comes under the exempted category, so you have to furnish more details or you may get the details from the government's official website to know more about it.
