Diwali bonus information

Hello, I am working with a pharmaceutical company as a Engineer. My payment slip shows the cutting of monthly Diwali bonus. Now I am resigning from my job in this month end of April 2016. So I have applied for the return of my bonus on the time of leaving company , but company CMD saying that I will get it on Diwali itself. So please help me how to get my Diwali bonus from company!!

You have posted that:

The Payment of any Bonus promised by employer to employee, can not be deducted/collected, from employee in any form.

The payment of statutory bonus as in Payment of Bonus Act is to be made before 30th Nov to avoid penalty.

In any case while leaving you must communicate in writing under proper acknowledgment that our address for communication is .......................and all communications be supplied by Redg. Post from PO only.
