Dear sir,
I want to know the procedure of registration and formation of partnership firms. documents and checklist required for reg. firm in gujarat

Partnership Deed is registered by Registrar of Firms and Societies of any particular area wherein the particular firm has its registered office.

Documents like 2 sets of Partnership Deed, ID proofs of Partners, Full description of partners, their duly sworn affidavits, fee deposit receipt etc. are required to be annexed with the prescribed application which also contains check-list.

You have to draft the partnership deed on the stamp paper( in karnataka it is Rs.1000)< I am not aware of Gurjrat. You have to file an application before the Dist., Registrar who is registrar of firms also in the prescribed form.
If you run the office in the rented building then you will have to pay the stamp duty on the total rent of one year. You have to produce the no objection letter from the owner of the building or to produce the rent agreement along with documents what Raj Sir said.
