I want to open a Lodging and Boarding house.

Please let me know what are the licences required from the police and what are the documents required for the same.

Consult and appoint a Local Good Advocate including for Long Run.

Registration with Municipal authorities with proper license, clearance / permission / license from police department, registration with applicable taxation authority are basic requirement.

Formality differ from place to place, consult local lawyer.
