Stilt car parking and legal notice on common car area parking

Dear Sir
My name is Praful Jain resident in Suburb Mumbai CHS , Our MC send me legal Notice for parking my car in common car parking space , mentioning other members name with complaint that he had issue to take out his car from stilt car parking area , before this Legal Notice is not discussed in members meeting or called me to understand exact problem, within 4 days from members complaint MC send me legal notice, When I replied Legal Notice to MC advocates with proof of incident with complete detail , MC and Advocates are not replying my all quarries for lAst 4 months and NOW MC wants me to keep quit e and do not take this matter further . As i already opposed this act of MC to Dy. Registrar of P Ward and also mentioned the nature of complaint . NOW Chairman is having only 1 flat and park 2 cars in stilt car parking area which both are not belongs to him, it is trust parking area as mentioned in society documents and trust do not have any single car registered or declared in society , our Chairman is putting his family 2 cars under that stilt car parking... is this not illegal ? when i ask the same to our secretary to give me rpely for the same, he is also not replying my letters or calls , pl. suggest what next i can do to make them to reply me ... The member who complaint about my car in MC has 3 stilt car parking belongs to his 2 flats and with only 2 cars , keeping 1 stilt car parking empty and not allowed to use by any other member.. we have 8 stilt car parking with around 14-15 cars in open common area

It is Our MC who given me legal Notice on complaint by 1 Associate members who has 3 stilt car parking allocation with only 2 cars belongs to his family, he keep 1 stilt car parking area free without any 1 car to be parked, on his complaint MC given me legal Notice that My car is parked in such a manner that he can not take out car , while there is no such proof or incident happen, infact i complaint about his stilt car parking that he is made NO PARKING sign on wall of Common car parking area for about size 2 cars , where he wants to keep empty to take his car from stilt car parking. As that stilt car parking belogs to his parents and parking his own car while he has already 2 other stilt car parking area.
2 nd Our Chairman is having only 1 flat , but parking 2 cars in others stilt car parking which belongs to member whos status is charitable trust with out any cars registered. Chairman says that he is paying rent to trust , but on demand he is not showing any documents . is Chairman with single flat membership can park 2 cars in CHS, while in our society only 8 stilt car parking area is available rest are in common car parking about 18-20 cars in society.

I just want what is rules of stilt car parking for CHS and when it came in force ?

At least in Delhi, Parking space under the stilts is allotted to desiring members at the pre fixed price. Then that Parking slotbecomes attached to the flat number of the owner. Rest go to the open parking space in the CHS Campus and they all pay some amount to the Society for the space utilised.
You may see the MoU/ Standing orders of your CHS or consult the Registrar of the CHS of your State/District. you could raise this point at the Annual General Meeting of your CHS so that a common policy is laid down for everyone to follow
