Dear Sir/Madam,
My married elder sister passed away in the year 1998 leaving behind a son of 2 years. Thereafter my mother passed away in 2004 followed by my father in 2006. Now my mother has a self acquired property in her name and also a joint property with my father. Alongsi

Both the Properties to be Divided in to 2 equal shares.One for your Sister's Family and Other one For you.Consult A Local Good Advocate.Apply for Legal Heir Certificate and Partition.
