Company is not providing my previous after resigning from jo

Dear Sir,

I (Sahil Sood), is working in HDFC AMC Ltd. and I am hired through
Randstad my job roll is off roll. I receive quarterly incentive on
basis of the sales which is done in quarter. On the day of joining I
received call from HR department of HDFC AMC Ltd. that I will be
receiving incentive of all previous quarters but not of that quarter
in which I am resigning. I put my resignation on Nov 2, 2015 and now
company is refusing me to pay incentive of July - September quarter as
they are saying its our HR policy, if its mentioned in their HR policy
they have not stated me neither in my offer letter nor verbally. Even I had excel file of incentive to be received as its has been sent by company official person to me which is due of previous quarter
Please kindly provide my direction what should be done to get my
rightful money back.

Based on excel file stake a claim with the company in writing under expert guidance of an able counsel preferably specializing in Labor-service matters.

You may not limit it to July-Sept but demand until your LWD.

U have stated that u had been engaged through Randstad. What is Randstad? Is it a placement agency or an intermediary agency which supplies man power to the companies and u are on the rolls of that intermediary. The question whether u are entitled to incentives or not depends on the written contract of employment. Furnish the above details for proper advice.
