My rights in my father's property

(Querist) 22 October 2015 This query is : Resolved 
My father got one acer land by directly resistry from my grandfather and 1.5 acer got threw vasiyat by my grandfather. Now my father sell this property and purchased four acer by name of my mother. My doesn't want to give me any part of this property. We are two brothers and one sister and all married. Can i claim for property. Please suggest me

You do not have any right in the said property and so you cannot claim anything from the said property.

Your mother is owner of the property, you have no claim on it till she expires intestate.
