Perjury case

(Querist) 15 October 2015 This query is : Resolved 
Resp. Sir,

in my Domestic Voilance case my wife has made some false alligation on oath . and afterward she has
1)denied some alligation and
2) some she cant give any evidance

can i file a PREJURY CASE against her

what will happen if she cant prove
1) denied alligations and
2) alligations where she cant give any evidance .

3) when shall i file this case as DV case will be ending within 2 hearings.

Unless someone reads the complete file; no concrete advise is possible.

1. For allegations which she has denied after filing in an affidavit; perjury may be maintainable. Show your file to a good lawyer and he would guide you

2. For allegations which could not be proved for lack of evidence, no perjury can be filed.

You can file the perjury petition at any stage.

You can file an application in the pending DV act case to initiate the perjure proceedings against your wife.
