We have a shop jointly owned by my mother and father, my mother being the 1st holder & my father being the 2nd holder my father expired without doing nomination and making will, my mother is still alive, we are 3 childrens can we sell our shop without succession or heirship certificate

In that case, your mother and you three children becomes the 1/4 share of the half of the property left by your father.

but sir do we require succession certificate or heirship certificate as my father as 2nd owner left no will no nomination
