Hi,
i want to know the appropriate forum for filing the application for lifting the corporate veil of a company . Is there any court specially designated for lifting the corporate veil in india.please suggest .where should we file the application for lifting the corporate veil.

sir , i just want to know the name of forum or court where i could file the application for lifting the corporate veil. whether it is DRT/ Civil Court / company court or high court . if a recovery suit is running before DRT then creditor may take plea for it before DRT or not

That will be a part of your argument before the Forum in which the case is going on, and therefore there is no application/ petition required for that purpose.
