validity of Lease agreement of a house

Actually lease agreement made between owner and occupant where in ownership of tittle was in the name of owners mother whereas agreement signed by her son and subsequently property sold by his mother to some x person now the New owner threatening to vacate the house without settling lease amount how to go about

Lease agreement validity and status of occupant and their lease amount

Lease deed signed by some other person than the owner is not binding on the owner.

You can claim back your paid amount from son or may lodge criminal complaint against him.

Have amicable settlement with the new owner.
