Dear Sirs
One who is not able to pay the rent and get evicted from the position with the help cf police , now the question is, he is totally nil financially how can he defend him self with out giving an I.P

He can rely on another defence, but his financial condition is no defence in law.

If he has no finace for rent, how he gets legal right to use the property of others?????

he should immediately get vacated any rented property in such situation without waiting for police action.

dear friend, may be the person has been evicted illegally but if that person is not having any money to contest the case then from where he ll pay the rent.

court proceedings are not that easy, money does matter there.

dont mind but the tenants have become headache nowadays, in the coming time we ll c a lot of such actions by landlords to protect their properties.
