Regarding ad interim injuction

My uncle and one of relation filed a case for a property.in that my uncle is defendant.the opposite party got ad interim injuction one year back.few days back only we came to know that they got odrer.patta is in the name of my uncle.now my uncle died 3 mths back.now they r showing the order and telling will take possession.now the case was transferred to district court from sub court.not yet re numbered.need solution to stop from taking possession

What is the order. Without knowing the case history and the contents of pleadings it is difficult to advise.
If you have proper papers then fight on merit.

Thank you mr.jeevan Bought his heir into the case but not yet renumbered.his wife and his 7 yrs old daughter was legal heir.now is there any possiblity to stop that injuction.in main case my uncles sisters were also the defendant

The order by the court in the interim relief is not the one what you have translated in English. The interim relief does not confer any title to the decree holder, you may apply for vacating the relief order by filing counter, why did you leave it to continue so long?
