Incorrect age mentioned in second motion

at the time of filing second motion, it is noticed that age is incorrectly mentioned. there is two year extra they have added. is this will make any difference or create any problem in future?

why r u waiting for future consequences go and take leave from court to correct it, as it just a typographical error.

Basically we have given same lawyer and that of my wife's. He is charging me heavily for nothing. I have already paid an amount as he is claiming every time giving some excuse. to correct my age WHETHER 2nd party is required to present??

IF NOT SO THEN I WILL APPOINT MY NEW LAWYER

u may file anapplication under order 6 rule 17 of the C.P.C. in this respect for the correction of the age.
