I m working in a Private company. Due to accident I could not continues my work for 8 month.now I am joining my company .During this 8 month there were no salary come in my account.now I if I join company ,will it affect my pf account. .and u.a.n no. What kind of effect will be there.what are the conditions for which the pf account will closed

Sort It Our Amicably with A Polite Approach to your Employer.When they are kind Enough to accept your Joining after 8 months they would be Certainly Helpful in all aspects.Avoid any Legal Steps.

Your PF Account will not get closed. Don't worry. The non-contribution to pf during your leave period can be explained to the PF Authorities, if they ask for reason.
But, now onwards contribute from salary to PF as you used to do prior to accident.

It is not clear what you mean by u.a.n no.

You should Check the Status of your PF a/c and should Not Rely on Assumptions.

Account no. of PF account would not change.

As suggested by Mr. N.J.S Rajkumar, remain amiable and gentle and join back.

However obtain acknowledged and accepted copy of leave application, leave approval, medical record/diagnostics reports/medical certificate, and maintain record to show there was no interruption/break in service.

Approved leave should not cause any interruption.

It is surprising that why no salary was paid during these 8 months.

You may obtain salary slip of all months of employment from DOJ for your record, and PF a/c slip or passbook of each year.
Did you meet with accident while on duty or to and fro to office?
