My friend's husband having affair and beating wife not giving enough money for house expenses. Wife not working parents not financially strong. Please suggest how she can safeguard herself n kids.

These Sort of Issues to be Sorted Out amicably with Strong Advise and warning to the Husband by the Respected People Of Both Of Them and Other Steps Would Lead To Court and Ultimately the Children would be the sufferers.(this is based on your Regret for being Anonymous)

First she has to file a detailed complaint before the Women Cell in the Police Station concerned about the domestic violence being committed by her husband. You can help her in drafting the complaint. Please do not ignore any detail as not necessary. Put everything in detail. The Women Cell will summon him and take action.
Is the husband of your friend working with Govt? If so, write a complaint to his organization also.
Try to get in touch with a good lawyer in your locality who will come forward to take up the case of your friend on humanitarian grounds and by doing free service or service with minimum fees.

Thank you experts for your suggstions. Need to motivate her alot as she lost faith in system. Guy did not listen to anyone in his or wife's family infect started harassing more. She is worried to spent time on taking actions against him or focus on arranging kid's food n education.
