Dear Experts
My wife filling false 498A & 506(II) case for the past 2013.Now i came to know the case because i dint know the FIR Details.The Police people did not ask any enquiry i filled the AB the i face the court herring.
Now i found my wife was illegal affair for her Ex lover so i heard the message her one of the relative.then i placed the intelligence report.the report told she was running family last 24 month as living together basis.so in position how to handle the case

Last three years we are separated.But if i am doing the same the court will punish me but The Court if its possible to punish her.Because still i am waiting for the case but now she is ready to share the her life like living together with her Ex Lover(Running Husband and wife)she adjorned the court means she is not appear in the court so i suffer a lot the case was going to another date.Recently i found she accompany with another man.so i am not tolerate i suffered my whole life

But UR utmost responsibility right now is to fight both the sections with merits from UR side.Any lapse either from U or UR lawyer would make U suffer.
