Sir, CN chowdhury, thanks.i have been suggested by some my friend that I will get 1/4of 12 bigha ie 3 bigha plus further 1/4 of 3 bigha share of my fathers notional share and mother will only get only from my father's share ie 1/4of 3 bigha from Atype .kindly look into whether this is correct thst I m entitled some more.

R K.Goyal.sir.
with special thanks
I would request that you kindly give your valuable view, to the extent .whether my view is correct on distribution of ancestral property that fist sharefrom A, wll be devided between 2 brother+1sister+deceased father, to know my father's notional share .which should come 1/4 each and then out of 1/4 of father 'share we all wll get 1/16 each .so my share would be 1/4 +1/16. Sir if my understanding is correct then I would be in better position to discuss with local lawyer and sir I shall be more confident about my case , therefore I require your views, sir thanks
