Community certificate

I applied for ME recently.. During community certificate verification my fathers name is misspelled as "chandiran" instead of Chandran. So they asked to get tahsildar sign in that.. so when I asked in taluk office they said dis certificate is invalid.. Should apply new one.. so am planning to apply new community certificate... to apply new one for verification they asking ration card.. In ration card my name is kanagalakshmi.. But I need CC in the name of Charumathi.. Because all my school certificate is in this name only.. my old CC is also in the name of Charumathi only.. Only mistake is dads name in old CC.. So wat to do..? Pls help..

You have to give statutory notice to the concerned tasildar and in case of failure of his part to comply your obligation you may sue him for deceleration mandatory injunction.
