Transfer policy of physical handicaped employee

SIR,
I AM CHANCHAL KUMAR S/O LATE SH. SANT LAL. I AM WORKING IN STATE BANK OF INDIA BAGHAPURANA DISTT MOGA IN PUNJAB SINCE FEB.2013. I WAS SELECTED IN BANK IN HANDICAPED CATEGORY FROM PUNJAB. MY NATIVE PLACE IS SIRSA IN HARYANA.
PLEASE SUGGEST ME THAT IS AM ELIGIBLE FOR TRANSFER TO MY NATIVE PLACE NOW CONSIDERING MY PHYSICALLY HANDICAPED 45% .

Is it inter-circle or inter-zonal transfer?

You can file RTI Application with the PIO of the Zonal Office and seek copy of the transfer and posting policy.

The Ministry of Finance has issued orders related to PWD in employment.

Bank has also issued service conditions and transfer policy related to PWD in employment.

All of these should be available at Bank/union website.

Go thru these.

You can represent / submit your application for inter module transfer through your Branch Manager, forward copy to circle association. Meet / request Circle Association General Secretary for follow up.

sir i have sent my transfer request to competent authority but they are not ready to relieve me without replacement though my branch manager is reccomended that he will relieve me without replacement but my regional manager and dgm are not ready to relieve me without replacement on basis of my disability and my transfer is in the intermodule .

i have also requested them also but they are also saying dgm should recommend without replacement . now should i go to court i am at 200 km away from my home.

Represent to DGM. Submit minutes in writing with a copy to association.

Court and Commissioner for PWD should be the last resort.
