Respected Sir, I have cleared my first year LLB and now into second year. Can I get the job in legal firm in second year as I can get practical knowledge also. Please revert. Regards, Ajay Nikam

it is according to your work that what you going to do as your job.,
you can get practical knowledge by drafting, writing, and watching the litigation proceedings., but you are not allowed to do any work which can be by lawyers alone.,

You may not get salaary. However you may work in the lawyer's office acquire skills and knowledge of drafting, proceedings etc.

If U desire to be a seasoned lawyer in future U can join any senior lawyer for gaining experience.But be prepared to do any kind of work entrusted.A lawyer's profession is not white collared ,U have to come across many professional hurdles,which U have to overcome with patience.U have to withstand the onslaughts,insults,degradation by the seniors,professional hickups and then blossom into a successful lawyer.This is not only my personal experience initially but also of many many stalwarts of today.
