Respected experts, the following is my previous query asked last month. Your suggestions really gave me moral support.

Please help me with my another query,My husband had sent blank messages and his cousins also sent long messages(on my husband's behalf)last month and my husband is also telling others that he is ready to take us only if we go to him(every time he abused me I was always there with him and never left him). But atleast once in his life time I want to hear from him that he wants us and take us home back by himself. I don't understand if he is doing all these coz he is scared of case I filed with all the proofs or he really wants us back. My advocate told me to file RCR after I told this to her. But I'm also scared if he is doing all these to trap me. Will filing of RCR weakens my 498a and dv case u/s 326,if he repeats this in future?my intention is not to punish him or expect any maintanance,he is very egoistic want him only to realize his mistake and make sure he doesn't repeat it again. kindly help me.

At this stage you should wait and watch. You can reply the message from relative in limited words without any commitment and in normal way. Do not withdraw the cases till you are sure that relation may continue.

who told you that filing RCR will make your cases to weak? nothing like that mrs.priyanka.
if you dont want to reunion with your husband mean you may proceed as of now..
or else you may file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights..
its according to your wish madam..

you mentioned that you are getting moral support by our experts reply.
but my suggestion to you is nothing to achieve by our support. try to speak with your husband directly madam.
make it simple rather than making complicate. you mentioned that your husband is egoist.. we have to hear from his side also..

Thanks for the suggestion sir,I have explained my problem clearly in my previous query kindly go through my above mentioned link.ofcourse sir,I want to reunite with my husband and before that I wanna make sure this will not be repeated further and no involvement of his parents between us in future as they are the reason we are going through this day.filing of RCR or wait for trail to commence and compromise there if he realizes?please help me!!
