Share certificate transfer

sir i have buy a flat 4 month ago and i has been get possession now i have already give application to housing society chairman for transfer the name previous owner name to my name but they nobody give reply and not sign yet and every month held mcm meeting and i have give all transfer fee charges like transfer fee,shear tr fee and advance six month maintenance and many time personally requested to secretory chairman
please advise what i can do..producer
please help ...

Sir,
If the sale deed is registered in your favour and if the necessary paper work is in order, and if the Society is registered, then write an official letter to the Secretary requesting him to transfer the share certificate for the flat to your name, issue an allotment letter in your favour and amend the society records accordingly.
If the secretary fails to attend to your written request, you can approach the Deputy Registrar of Housing Societies of your zone submit a complaint and send him a copy of your letter to the society secretary.

1. IF you have submitted all the relevant documents and transfer forms alongwith the relevant fees to the Society AND "IF" more than three months have elapsed, THEN THE "ONLY" SOLUTION IS : YOU will have to file a proper appeal u/s 22 or u/s 23 of the MCS Act, before local ward coop. registrar, to make you a member of the society.
